The differential feed ratio, which is adjustable from .05 to 2.25, provides exceptional control for handling all types of fabrics and for creating desired special effects.

Threading is very easy due to color-coded thread guides. And when you lift the presser foot for rethreading, the thread tensions are automatically released so you can draw the thread smoothly. It also has Janome's exclusive Seam Tightening System ( STS ) to enable fine adjustments to be made when cover hemming.

The CoverPro 1000CPX has been designed around a sewing machine rather than an overlocker. This means it sews like a sewing machine with all the dials conveniently located. It has a much larger arm space than competitor models and it has a freearm facility that is unique to this type of machine.
