We want you to get a machine that you can use for years to come, as parts for older machine or machines which are no longer being made can often be difficult to source. 

2. **Accessories Included**: What accessories like embroidery hoops, foot pedals, and power cords, does the machine come with? While missing accessories can sometimes be replaced, it’s always a bonus to get everything you need in one package.

3. **Manuals and Software**: Check if the machine comes with its original manual and any required software. Some embroidery machines need specific programs to load designs, so it’s helpful to have everything readily available to avoid unnecessary costs later. Manuals are often available on the manufacturers website, if the machine doesn't come with one.

We endeavour to service the machine before it comes to you, in some instances this is prior to it being listed and in others it will be as soon as it's purchased and before it comes to you.
