We try to set a fair price for products and postage is on top instead of hiking the product price to cover postage, we have found that this pricing works out fair for everyone bearing in mind the new postage costs based on size a 200m cotton comes in at over £3.00 without packaging. But the Post office do a Sterling Job for us and our customers so its a fair price to pay for the convenience, and generally cheaper than the parking to nip to your closest shop.

Sewing Machines Free Next Day Delivery - Janome, Elna & Brother Sewing machines will be sent Free next day delivery. Other brands will take about 2-8 days depending on stock.
Remember you can come stay in our Boutique Hotel (The Old Tailor) and collect your new Sewing Machine, and get a free lesson! Spend £500 or more and you can stay for free in our 5 Star rated Accommodation. (why not flex your CreditCard and fill your boot with a stash of fabric while your here ;)
Parts Delivery Times - Standard parts for new machines we try to dispatch same day and send via royal mail or my-hermes depending on size. Please note we do often buy all available UK stock of genuine parts, so if we run out orders my take up to 2 weeks to get more in this event.
Parts for old machines - We have many parts specially made and place orders every few months, if there is something you have struggled to find, chances are its a non regular part so please be-ware it could take up to 3 months if it is out of stock.
Horn Sewing Cabinets - Usually delivered in 28 days by horn themselves. you will be notified closer to the arrival time of the date.

Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU
Goods despatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibillity for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address.
On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer services team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.
