The old Tailor is located above our shop, we opened it in 2011 after our extensive renovation. is is Darlingtons Highest rated B&B (Laterooms Reviews i.e.. Reviews you have to actually stay to write a review not tripadvisor full of dubious reviews!) with 3 En-Suite Bedrooms accommodating any guest in comfort. you don't have to be attending one of our sewing days to stay (But it would be convenient for you!) Based in the town centre we are a great place to base any stay in the north east. Darlington based on the east coast main line and direct on to the A1 gives access to York, Leeds, Northallerton, Richmond, Hawes, Durham, Barnard Castle, Durham,  Middlesbrough, Stockton, Newcastle, South Sheailds, North Shealds, Sunderland, Whitley Bay & Northumberland all within an hour by car. train travel even shorter when they are on time ;)
